2016 NFL Draft: Browns offensive tackle Shon Coleman’s battle to conquer leukemia a 91,000-mile journey

BEREA: Shon Coleman’s mother considered it a blessing that Memphis was their family’s hometown when her son, an offensive tackle at Auburn, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in March 2010.

The Tennessee city is the home of St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, a pioneer in the field for over half a century.
