• Veteran cornerback Tramon Williams continued to practice with the first-team defense opposite two-time Pro Bowler Joe Haden, so it should come as no surprise he’s favored to start over Justin Gilbert, who struggled as a rookie after being picked eighth overall last year. “I think a lot of our guys are going to play, but if we had to say today who the starter is going to be, I would say it would be Tramon,” Browns coach Mike Pettine said.
