Browns Rumors Roundup: The Latest On Cleveland's Offensive Coordinator Question

The Cleveland Browns have already gotten off to a shaky offseason as quarterback questions consume the franchise, and there are now questions surround the team's offensive coordinator position. Here's the latest in our rumors roundup:

KYLE SHANAHAN

Shanahan was considered a candidate for the 49ers head coaching vacancy, but teams are now eyeing a package deal where he'd be the offensive coordinator under his father, Mike Shanahan. The Bills, Raiders, and 49ers are all interested in bringing Mike in as head coach, with Kyle almost certainly joining him as his offensive coordinator.

CHARLIE WEIS

The Browns have already reached out to Charlie Weis about their offensive coordinator position, meaning they think Kyle Shanahan will leave. Weis was fired as head coach of the Kansas Jayhawks in September, but had a lot of success as the offensive coordinator of the New England Patriots when they won their three Super Bowls in the early 2000's.
