Valentine’s Day might be on Sunday, but for the Clemson basketball team its big date is today when it host Georgia Tech in a key ACC showdown at 2 p.m. at the Bon Secours Wellness Center in Greenville.
Of course there will be no love from either team as Clemson (14-10, 7-5 ACC) looks to keep its NCAA Tournament hopes alive, while the Yellow Jackets hope to get their first win on Clemson’s home floor since 2005.
The Tigers have compiled 10 consecutive wins at Littlejohn Coliseum against Georgia Tech (13-11, 3-8 ACC) dating back to Senior Day in 2006.
