While it is obvious that Clemson is fully loaded at the wide receiver position and has been able to live up to the name Wide Receiver U, Clemson running back Wayne Gallman wants Clemson fans to also expect to see a Running Back University at Clemson as well.
“What Clemson fans can expect from the running backs is hopefully this can be a Running Back U,” he said.
Gallman said the Running Back U is not something the team talks about but it has always been a thought. Having always seen the Wide Receiver U, Gallman feels like it’s the running backs turn to prove to the nation that they can make a name for themselves.
