CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Of all the seniors on Clemson’s roster, it’s hard to imagine any will have a harder time walking away from their Clemson careers at the end of the 2016 season than linebacker Ben Boulware.
Boulware simply has an insuppressible passion for the game of football.
“He loves it,” Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney said Friday at the annual ACC Football Kickoff media event. “He loves to play, he loves to practice and he hates to lose. He hates to be subbed out, even if it’s in practice.”
Knowing his days left at Clemson are numbered, Boulware intends to get all he can out of the upcoming campaign.
