Brewers 5, Reds 0 - What's one shutout among many?

The Joe Nuxhall Memorial Honorary Star of the Game

Ryan LaMarre bounced into an inning-ending double play in the Top of the 7th, and while on paper that wasn't the greatest thing ever created, it did produce a byproduct worth high-fiving.

Skip Schumaker stood in the on-deck circle set and ready to pinch hit for Cincinnati Reds starter Raisel Iglesias, and had LaMarre done anything other than produce a pair of outs on a single swing, the talented Reds rookie's evening would've been over. Instead, the double play meant we got to see another inning of work from Iglesias, and in a season that has little other than baseball purity on display, that's the kind of thing worth rooting for.
