The Cincinnati Reds farm system is stocked with plenty of pitching and it was that way before they added even more in trades at the deadline. The Reds currently have four pitchers among the league leaders in their respective leagues in ERA.
Tim Adleman
Right handed pitcher Tim Adleman currently ranks 3rd in the Southern League with an ERA of 2.43. The 27-year-old has thrown 144.2 innings, which ranks 4th in the league on top of his ERA that is 1.38 lower than the league average.
At an older age, he’s not viewed much as a prospect, and he’s probably not going to get much time in the big leagues as as starting pitcher.
