Report: Roger Goodell sought Chad Johnson's advice on celebration rules

After Tuesday's announcement that most NFL player celebrations will no longer be penalized - a rule change Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis said he's not in favor of - celebrations by Chad Ochocinco and Chad Johnson immediately came to mind that Lewis had to tolerate while the receiver and six-time Pro Bowler played for him from 2003 to 2010.

CBSSports.com's Jason La Canfora reports that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, in fact, talked to Chad Johnson a few times about the rule change on TD celebrations before it was announced.
