The Bengals today made the following player moves:
* Signed WR Rashaun Simonise, a rookie free agent. Simonise (6-5, 200) played in college in Canada at the University of Calgary and became a free agent after he went unselected earlier this month in the NFL Supplemental Draft.
* Waived two players, first-year DE Dezmond Johnson of Duke and rookie WR of Eastern Kentucky. Johnson joined the Bengals on Jan. 5 as a free agent, and Mobley had signed as a college free agent on May 6.
* Placed three players -- TE Tyler Eifert, DT Brandon Thompson and WR James Wright -- on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list, due to injuries.
