UC: 5 takeaways from upset loss at UCF

University of Cincinnati basketball coach Mick Cronin often says each game is unique. In that respect, UC was uniquely unimpressive in a 53-49 upset loss at Central Florida on Sunday.

No. 18-ranked UC (25-4, 14-2) posted seasons lows of 49 points and 29.6 percent shooting. This was in a season where UC has its best offensive team in 11 years under Cronin, entering the game with averages of 76.2 points and 47.0 percent field goal shooting.
