Sunday's recap: White Sox 4, Giants 3

Catching prospect Roberto Pena hit a two-run single with two outs in the ninth inning to lift the White Sox to a 4-3 victory against the Giants on Sunday at Camelback Ranch. Jose Abreu and Nicky Delmonico walked to open the inning and Luis Alexander Basabe moved the runners over with a sacrifice bunt.

At the plate: Geovany Soto and Peter Bourjos drove in fifth-inning runs against Giants starter Ty Blach.

On the mound: Right-hander James Shields allowed three earned runs on eight hits with three walks and two strikeouts in five innings.
