Blackhawks down Ducks 5-4 in double overtime

After center Antoine Vermette and winger Teuvo Teravainen were healthy scratches in Game 3, the two were back in their usual roles on the Blackhawks’ third line at the Hawks’ morning skate ahead of Game 4 on Saturday.

Vermette was centering the third line between Teravainen and Patrick Sharp, a line that had played the entire series against the Wild together and the first two games against the Ducks.

“I just think there were some good stretches in Game 2, and that line can be a factor offensively,” Quenneville said.
