The Cubs’ World Series in Progress: Coming Home

I think I erred the other day in talking about the interesting bit of Chicago Cubs World Series history. I did remark that Dexter Fowler was officially the first African-American Cubs player to play in a World Series game since he led off Game One. That game was a bit of a downer, but we weren’t too terribly devastated since the World Series is a best-of-seven.

In Game Two, however, the African-American Cub I forgot to mention made a bit of history of his own:
