7:36am: The Cubs are “among [the] teams engaged in ongoing dialogue” with the Indians about starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco, tweets Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports. Rosenthal says teams continue to call the Indians and make offers on the 28-year-old, who pitched a complete game last night. ESPN’s Jerry Crasnick says the Tribe has been involved with a large number of teams on Carrasco.
