Pau Gasol will have a busy schedule this summer.
Not only will the two-time NBA champion turn 36 years old in July, he may have to decide if he really wants to represent his home country in the Summer Olympics.
Gasol may decide to skip the event due to the Zika Virus and Brazil’s inability to contain the virus with the event just mere weeks away.
“It wouldn’t surprise me to see some athletes deciding not to participate in the games to avoid putting their health and the health of their families at risk,” Gasol said, per Tales Azzoni of the Associated Press.
