The All-Star and newly minted All-NBA Third Teamer skipped Friday morning's shootaround as he continues to struggle with the left knee tendinitis that has plagued him for the past couple of weeks.

"After continuing his treatment following Wednesday night’s game, symptoms related to [Irving's] left knee tendinitis had not diminished and additional evaluation was recommended," the Cavs announced Friday morning.
