In case fans somehow needed a reminder that the NBA playoffs have arrived, sports outlet ESPN decided to have a little fun and perhaps increase the drama by creating a series of mock championship rings for every team set to participate in postseason play. Naturally LeBron James and his Cleveland Cavaliers were the cover photo, which seems a little presumptuous don’t you think? Regardless, the Chicago Bulls indeed got one of their own.
It’s fair to say that if the team wins the title as so many hope and pray, the players couldn’t honestly care less what the ring ends up looking like because it’s the accomplishment that will matter.
