2015 NFL Draft: Chicago Bears Select DT Eddie Goldman

With the seventh pick in the second round (No. 39 overall), the Chicago Bears have drafted Eddie Goldman out of Florida State.

Position: Defensive Tackle

Measurables: 6’4”, 336 lbs, 33” arm length, 10” hands

Analysis:

Goldman probably has the biggest upside of any defensive tackle in the draft as he has the size, strength, and quickness to be disruptive in all phases of the game, but needs to work on his inconsistency and improve his work ethic. However, if anyone can get Goldman to reach his full potential, it’s John Fox and the Bears.
