Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has warned Chelsea they are ready to take advantage of any slip-up in the title race after their narrow over Crystal Palace.
Christian Eriksen's 78th-minute, long-range strike was enough to secure Spurs a vital win in their attempts to overhaul Antonio Conte's men at the top of the table.
The victory reduced Chelsea's lead at the summit to four points with five games to play.
And Pochettino, whose side have now won eight consecutive league games, said: 'It was a great opportunity to show we are focusing on us, spending energy trying to improve our game and trying to fight with our opponents.
