Plenty of us debate endlessly who should get in ahead of who, but World Soccer magazine have an interesting way of selecting their side.
Journalists from each member of the European Sports Media group (including World Soccer, Germany's Kicker and Italy's Gazetta dello Sport) vote on the best individual performances from Europe's top competitions each month, before combining all the votes at the end of the season to assemble an XI.
