Chelsea starlet Tammy Abraham has been named EFL Young Player of the Month for September, following his blistering form for Bristol City.
The 19 year old has had a perfect start to life in the Championship after making the loan move from Stamford Bridge.
The dynamic striker made his debut on the opening day of the season and has since gone on to score 11 goals in 16 appearances.
Abraham is currently the Championship's second top scorer with eight league goals so far, three behind Newcastle striker Dwight Gayle.
