CHARLOTTE, N.C. – As we approach the start of the women's soccer season in a couple weeks, Charlotte49ers.com wanted to provide a quick update on the latest news and developments surrounding this year's incoming freshman class since signing day in February.
Two newcomers (Kate Hickson [Matthews] and Amanda Karlsson [Mooresville]) enrolled at Charlotte in January for the Spring 2017 semester, thus they have no on-field updates other than getting an early jump on classes. Hickson did earn a spot on the All-America Watch List by TopDrawerSoccer.com.
