Central Michigan turns attention to Kent State, new goals

Aside from major surprises occurring in the weeks ahead, Central Michigan is going to be on the outside looking in as far as the Mid-American Conference West Division race is concerned.

But a 31-17 loss Saturday at Toledo almost certainly put a kibosh on those hopes for at least one more year as both the Rockets and unbeaten Western Michigan are now two games ahead of CMU in the loss column.
