Case Western Reserve University senior sprinter Nathaniel Wahner, sophomore thrower Tyler Bushman, sophomore sprinter Olivia Newman and senior thrower Temi Omilabu were named the University Athletic Association Athletes of the Week for track and field, following their performances at the Kent State Golden Gala on Friday and Saturday.
Wahner broke the school record in the 200-meter dash en route to finishing seventh out of 31 competitors in the event. He finished the event in a time of 22.44, besting the previous school record of 22.48, set Wahner last season.
