Last season the Canes finished 24th in the league with a miserable 16.8 PP%. This season Carolina Hurricanes sit eighth with a 25 PP%. While the season is still early, the Hurricanes power play plays with a mid-season chemistry. So far the Canes have scored 6 goals on the PP which is 1/3 of the Canes total goals score of 18. After a horrible road trip, it’s hard to find bright spots for the Hurricanes but the power play is one of those.
