The condominium reportedly owned by the new member of the Nashville Predators is going for $1,395,000.
The 1,887-square-foot condo at 1227 Sherbrooke St. W. near de La Montagne St. in downtown Montreal is listed on the Sotheby’s Canada website.
The yearly condominium fees are $22,572.
