The California Golden Bears have extended some early offers to a few local offensive lineman in the Northern California area. One possibility for the first offensive line commit could be one of the last offers from the old coaching regime.
Max Barth was one of the last offers from December by Sonny Dykes and Brandon Jones before both were let go by Cal. Barth has always expressed an interest in playing at Cal, and the Stockton (Ca.) St. Mary’s prospect stands tall as a strong future offensive tackle prospect. Barth also played as a defensive tackle, but at 6-6 and 280 he stands likely to be a major offensive line prospect.
