Bulls Finish With Highest Placing in Program History

OXFORD, OH – The University at Buffalo women's swimming and diving team finished third overall at the Mid-American Conference Championships. They finished behind Akron (first) and Eastern Michigan (second). The Bulls had a great performance overall that resulted in several broken school records.

Megan Burns had an outstanding performance at MACs for the third year in a row. Burns took home the gold in the 100 Free with a time of 48.14 to break the school record for the second time in a day in the event. Burns was also named the 2017 MAC Most Outstanding Swimmer of the Year; after having broken two school records earlier in the competition, taking home the gold in both.
