Buffalo Women’s Basketball reaches their best start of the season since 2000 with 74-50 win over Hofstra

Buffalo Bulls Women’s Basketball officially has their best start to the season in 16 years. Entering their game with the Hofstra Pride with a 6-0 mark on the season, the Bulls have been playing their best since Felisha Legette-Jack took over as head coach. After struggling in the first quarter, the Bulls rallied from there to take home a convincing 74-50 win over a program that thrashed them a year before.

Hofstra quickly shoed that they were going to give the Bulls a tough fight right out of the gate in the first quarter. The Pride may not have shot the ball all that well but they did something that most teams haven’t been able to do over Buffalo: win the rebounding battle.
