1. STANDOUT ON THE BACK END IN HIGH SCHOOL
Milano played safety at Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando Florida and he was dominant. He was the Central Florida Defensive Player of the Year in 2012. He stayed close to home for his pre-draft training, working out at the Wide World of Sports Academy at Disney World.
2. WORKED HIS WAY INTO STARTING LB AT BOSTON COLLEGE
Matt Milano saw the field in his first two years with the BC Golden Eagles, mostly on special teams. He converted from safety to LB in his sophomore season and then became a regular starter for his final two years at BC at outside linebacker.
