Prior to the 2015 NBA Draft, he was compared to former San Antonio Bruce Bowen. Like Bowen, he possesses a high basketball IQ and is not afraid to go after the loose balls. He’s a gritty defender who accepts the challenge of guarding the opposing teams best scorer and does a good job of that.
