Reported interest in Knicks' Toure' Murry leads today's Nets news update

After a quiet last week or so in Nets news after the team's second-round exit from the 2014 NBA Playoffs, rumors are now beginning to circulate about free agent talents the team could target this offseason.

Per SB Nation's Nets Daily blog, "ESPN reports that the Nets, who have three point guards under contract and hope to retain a fourth, are among a number of NBA teams interested in Toure' Murry, who played for the Knicks last season but could be an unrestricted free agent."

It would be a very interesting signing for a Brooklyn Nets team who already has three established point guards (Deron Williams, Marquis Teague, and Jorge Gutierrez) on the roster, along with the knowledge that the team plans to do everything they can to bring Shaun Livingston back.

However, Murry's shooting ability and size makes him an intriguing fit at shooting guard for the team - a position which the team is in desperate need of depth at.
