The Brooklyn Nets crawled into the playoffs on the final day of the regular season after beating the Orlando Magic and getting some help from the Memphis Grizzlies, who beat the Indiana Pacers. Great for them earning a playoff seed but the bad thing is that they earned the right to play the Eastern Conference’s best team this season, the Atlanta Hawks. The Hawks won all four meetings between these two teams in the regular season by an average margin of more than 17 points.

In this first game of the series, Atlanta came out hot but couldn’t quite hold off the Nets over the course of the game.
