Each week, the Bowling Green State University Athletic Department names the Vito's Athletes of the Week, as selected by the athletic communications department based on their athletic performances from the previous week. This week's winners are baseball player Zac Carey and track and field runner Rachel Walny.
Male Athlete of the Week
Zac Carey, a junior from London, Ohio, picked up his second win of the season Saturday as he led Bowling Green to its first MAC win of the season at Eastern Michigan.
