Bournemouth defender Steve Cook has revealed to talkSPORT the team were told to target Liverpool’s ‘weak link’, goalkeeper Loris Karius, in Sunday’s seven-goal thriller at the Vitality Stadium.

The Cherries produced a stunning comeback from 3-1 down to beat Jurgen Klopp’s Reds 4-3 thanks to a series of costly errors from the German and an extra-time goal from defender Nathan Ake.

Centre-back Cook scored the goal to pull Bournemouth level at 3-3 with just 12 minutes remaining, and essentially provided the assist for the late, late winner, too.
