If Bournemouth play like this for the rest of the season, not only will they escape relegation with ease but they will finish mid-table comfortably. Everything clicked into place and the cohesion in both defence and attack was finally clear to see after a stuttering start to the season. It was an impressive performance.

Jordon Ibe finally proved to everyone that on his day he is more than worth the £15 million that Bournemouth paid for him during the summer. Artur Boruc continued with his superb form and the back four finally played very well as a compact unit.
