Cesar Azpilicueta and Ben Gibson lead five-man Premier League ever-present club after playing every minute of every game

Whether you are fighting for the Premier League title, battling relegation or simply watching from the stands, a 38-game season can be a real test of both mental and physical stamina.

But for this group of five players the grueling campaign has been an especially long one.

Chelsea's Cesar Azpilicueta became just the fourth Premier League title winner to play every minute of a season, with Fraser Forster (Southampton), Ben Foster (West Brom) Steve Cook (Bournemouth) and Ben Gibson (Middlesbrough) also playing all 3,420 minutes.

Goalkeepers Forster and Foster both played out seasons which saw their clubs finish safely inside the top half, as did Bournemouth defender Cook, but Gibson endured a more difficult season at club level.
