It turns out the Red Sox haven't necessarily needed a lineup shuffle. Manager John Farrell has just needed to find a way to make sure Dustin Pedroia is in the lineup.
Farrell hinted at a lineup shakeup over the weekend as the Red Sox struggled immensely to score runs, but there haven't been any real major twists. That's carried over a bit to their series against the Toronto Blue Jays, but it's starting to come around a bit.
Pedroia has been a driving force.
The second baseman continued a torrid stretch last night as he knoked in three runs to lead the Red Sox in their win over the Blue Jays.
