FORT MYERS -- Eduardo Rodriguez is taking the Red Sox’ worries away.
By showing no hesitation from the mound while facing hitters for his first live batting practice of the spring on Saturday morning, Rodriguez helped convince pitching coach Carl Willis that these next few weeks should be a piece of cake compared to the disaster a year ago.
“Right now he's showing us his delivery,” Willis said after watching Rodriguez throw. “I think last year, coming off the injury, the first time he's experienced it with that leg, there was maybe a little bit of uncertainty in his mind.
