Chris Davis' 2-run homer helps Orioles defeat Red Sox 4-1 (The Associated Press)

BOSTON (AP) -- Chris Davis hit a two-run homer, Chris Tillman rebounded from a rough start and the Baltimore Orioles beat the Boston Red Sox 4-1 Saturday.

Adam Jones had three singles for the Orioles, who moved back over .500 at 6-5.

David Ortiz went 3 for 3 with a double and two singles for the Red Sox, who lost for the third time in their last nine games. Brock Holt had three singles.

Tillman (2-1) gave up one run and six hits in 5 1-3 innings, a turnaround from when he allowed seven runs in 2 2-3 innings in Sunday's 10-7 loss to Toronto.
