After the Boston College Eagles were swept out of Brooklyn at the Barclays Center Classic, the Eagles left nothing to chance Saturday afternoon, going wire-to-wire to defeat the Dartmouth Big Greeen 88-70 at Conte Forum in Chestnut Hill, Mass.
The Eagles’ 88 points in the game are a season high for the team.
Despite getting into foul trouble early, Jerome Robinson put up 27 points, tied for a season high set against Richmond.
The Eagles opened their lead with an early AJ Turner jumper, giving BC a 4-2 lead that the Eagles did not relinquish.
Dartmouth hung around for much of the game until the 9:21 mark of the second half, when leading scorer for the Big Green Evan Boudreaux was ejected for a hard hit on a Connar Tava shooting attempt.
