JM Caparro, currently Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service for the Brooklyn Nets, has been named Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Affairs at Boston College, Director of Athletics Brad Bates announced today.
In this role, created as part of a restructured external affairs division of BC Athletics, Caparro will be responsible for the overall management and integration of external operations focusing on ticket sales, revenue generation and attendance by creating a positive gameday experience. He will be charged with ensuring that the external units, including marketing, fan engagement, communications and ticket operations, are working together to achieve the department’s goal of selling out its ticketed events.
