Jared Sullinger logged his fifth double-double of the year, Isaiah Thomas scored 21 points and the Celtics blew out the Wizards, 111-78, on Friday night at the Garden.
The Celtics took control early and never looked back, leading by 11 after the opening quarter and 18 at halftime. It was the second time this fall they've beaten Washington, both instances coming at home.
Sullinger's 18 points was a season-high, and his 15 rebounds were the most by any player. He shot 8-for-12 from the floor in 23 minutes, missing his lone three-point try.
