MILWAUKEE — Isaiah Thomas, as a little man in a big man’s league, has many goals, including one that hasn’t changed since the 5-foot-9 guard was young.
“To be the greatest little guy to ever play,” Thomas said before yesterday’s shootaround at the Bradley Center ahead of a game against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Last Thursday, Thomas was selected to his first NBA All-Star Game, and yesterday he was named the Eastern Conference’s Player of the Week. He won the honor twice last season, but this time it helped that the Celtics went 4-0 during the past week, as Thomas acknowledged.
