The Boston Celtics franchise is saddened by the news of the passing of one of the architects of the franchise. None of the four major american professional sports have ever seen a dynasty like the Boston Celtics of the 1960’s. The team was led by multiple Hall of Famers such as Bill Russell, Bob Cousy and Tom Heinsohn
Those guys formed one of the most legendary teams in the history of sports and Lou Tsioropoulos was there at the very beginning. Lou was a part of the first two championship wins and had he not been derailed by injuries, who knows how many more he could have won.
