Big East Rookie Report: October 26

NBA Opening Night is finally here!

Well, okay, Opening Night was technically Tuesday night. But Wednesday marked the first night three of the four rookies from Big East schools saw NBA action. Here’s how they did.

Kris Dunn - Minnesota Timberwolves

Dunn played 15 minutes off the bench in Minnesota’s 102-98 loss to Memphis. The former Providence standout went 4-6 from the field, scoring eight points. He also grabbed four rebounds.

His first career points came on a KRIS DUNK. Fitting.

Semaj Christon - Oklahoma City Thunder

Christon made his long-awaited NBA debut after two years in the D-League.
