The official record books may have the 2016 Oklahoma State Cowboys' record as 10-3, but don't tell that to head coach Mike Gundy.
Per ESPN's Mitch Sherman, Gundy had 11-2 engraved on Oklahoma State's commemorative Alamo Bowl rings, refusing to acknowledge the controversial Week 2 loss against Central Michigan.
