What Baylor AD Mack Rhoades wants in a new football coach

While Baylor has hired an interim replacement for the fired Art Briles in the form of former Wake Forest coach Jim Grobe, the Bears will soon start a coaching search for a full-time replacement.

New Baylor athletic director Mack Rhoades spoke with the Waco Tribune about what he wants to see a new head coach and described someone who would control every aspect of the program after Briles was fired for his role in a sexual assault scandal that engulfed both the program and the university.
