Scout recruiting analyst: Baylor posts its best recruiting class in the Scout era, off to hot start in 2017

The national letters of intent are all in for Baylor, which means it is time to step back and dissect the new Bears. Baylor signed 22 players, which included seven Scout 300 prospects and three in the top 100.

Scout regional analyst Gabe Brooks sat down with the Dallas Morning News to talk about Baylor's 2016 class, the most successful under head coach Art Briles.

Gabe Brooks: The 2016 recruiting class is Baylor's highest-ranked class in the Scout era, which dates to 2001.
